General Information

We cover all subjects in the National Curriculum up to A level and sometimes have specialist requirements for subjects up to degree level. Prospective tutors will be interviewed by us to assess knowledge of the subject and interpersonal skills. We also check CRB records as a matter of course.

Many of our tutors have professional experience within the school environment of course, but we are also interested in talking to individuals who are academically qualified and have excellent interpersonal skills but no formal teaching experience. You might not want to stand in front of a class of pupils, but could gain real satisfaction from one to one tutoring - pupils and parents will be more highly motivated than in school, progress can be easily measured, and the results of your endeavours are clearly visible, usually within a remarkably short time.
