It still remains a personal experience - the tuition involves the use of an interactive white board, text and voice communication. Personal help and coaching through these methods is as good as having someone in the room - the whiteboard provides a way of student and tutor working together simultaneously on the same document, perfect for analysing problems and demonstrating solutions. Direct voice contact and text supplement this to recreate the tutor experience online.
